Revolutionizing airport security for a stress free journey.
We all know how frustrating it can be when you're on your way to enjoy a nice vacation, and an airport stands in between you and those days of relaxation. The airport becomes a major source of stress for many individuals, and the security screening add to the hassle. Although the security check is essential for ensuring everyone's safety, the process of removing shoes, belts, taking out laptops, and other items flagged by the body scanner is far from enjoyable.
Hyperloop and LAX airport security teamed up to find an alternative to the standard security procedures. Our objective: Make it less of a hassle and more like a pleasant experience where you hardly even notice you're being checked.
Transforming airport security.
A multitude of sensors along with diverse camera systems enabled the development of a security "pathway," where travelers only need to scan their passports. Upon doing so, they proceed through this pathway, which then assesses whether a secondary security check is required or if you're cleared for departure.
Security meets design.
Incorporating innovative design principles, the new security system focuses on a blend of functionality and aesthetics. The structure of the security "pathway" has been designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining robust safety protocols.
